Rosemary has had a strong passion for fitness since 1985 along with a desire to educate others on the benefits of a balanced lifestyle. Having worked with people from all walks of life she is often asked to share her enthusiastic, determination and encouraging message about how to realistically include physical activity into one’s daily life. Some of her experience includes competitive bodybuilding, running and mountain biking – separately and in duathalons, teaching indoor cycling (spin) classes and karate & kickboxing. Along with her lectures, she also teaches the Can Fit Pro Pre and Post Natal Certification Course to trainers. Her unique perspective on pursuing goals and realizing dreams has been shaped by her many years of experience. She strives to provide her clients with the knowledge, skills, guidance, support, motivation and educational resources that will allow them to explore their own fitness potential and enhance the quality of their lives now and forever. She believes that in order to make fitness a lifetime commitment you need to make it fun and enjoyable with realistic goals.

Gary

Fitness has been a way of life for Gary since a very young age. Some of his sport interests include: competitive road bike races and competitive badminton; off road Mt. Biking; currently active in karate/kickboxing. He is BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and his training speciality is geared around sports specific, functional training, youth training and athletic conditioning. As co-owner of Fitness Works Personal Training, choosing to be healthy and fit is a decision that must be made everyday of your life. His motto is that it is his job as your personal trainer to get you over the obstacles and help you reach your successful goal.

 

Erin is a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist. Fitness has always been a theme in her life growing up. All through high school she played sports competitively and later went on to play basketball for Camosun College. She believes exercise not only builds a better body, but a better life. She also believes that it should be something fun and practical, as fitness is a never- ending life changing process. Other passions in life include being active with her growing family and keeping up with her kids!! She knows first hand the many benefits of staying active during pregnancy, having taught and trained up until the week she delivered her son. She truly enjoys motivating people and encouraging them along the road to a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

Erin


Aaron

Aaron has been in the fitness industry since 1996, working with both fitness- oriented clients and rehabilitation clients. He has also worked in a gym/physio clinic for two and a half years, during which time he helped clients through programs such as Back On Track, which was designed to get clients back into the work force. He is fully certified by BCRPA as a Personal Trainer. He is also attending UVIC finishing his study towards his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He knows that he can get you the best results possible and have fun in the process!

 

For Ryan, fitness has been a key part of his life for over 16 years. In 1999, his love of sports and physical fitness led him to become a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer. His main goal in personal training is helping people achieve their full fitness potential. He really enjoys incorporating a wide variety of new and fun training techniques, such as core stability training, strength and endurance training, exercise bands, Bosu and exercise balls. He believe this approach to fitness as well as motivational support is the basis for a successful and fit lifestyle.

Ryan


Jessica

Jessica has been training for over 18 years. She is a certified BCRPA Weight Trainer and take great pleasure in helping individuals to feel good about themselves as they achieve their health and fitness goals.

 

Shawna has been in the fitness industry since 2000 and loves every minute of it. She can’t think of anything else she would rather be doing than to change people’s lives for the better by showing them how to change their bodies…their attitudes…their stress levels and just their general lives with fitness! She was first introduced to fitness due to a car accident that she was involved in. Now a certified BCRPA Weight Trainer, Sports Nutrition Specialist & Post Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist she knows that she can help you get to where you want to be….and make it fun getting there.

Deborah

Fitness has always been part of Deborah's lifestyle. As a BCRPA certified Personal Trainer and Strength/Weight Fitness Leader, she also holds certifications in canoe, kayak, sailing, skiing, survival training and self-defense. Deb also enjoys tennis and hiking..

Her background provides a wide range of skills and knowledge, which she is enthusiastically applying to the areas of fitness, health and well being..

Deb is people focused, with a strong commitment to inspire, motivate and assist others to meet their wellness goals.
