The basic principle of training specifically states that to improve endurance, power, speed or strength for a particular sport or activity, one must condition the muscles and organ systems in the manner in which they are used in the sport or activity in question. This way we can tailor to the requirements of the sport. Every single coach or athletic trainer would agree that sport-specific weight training will improve, enhance and generally give the athlete a competitive edge.

When designing a sport specific program we ask many questions to ensure the conditioning programs we develop meet the needs and goals of our clients.

A strong core musculature is critical for general health and fitness, as well as improved sport performance. As fitness leaders we are always looking at new ways to drive this point home.
