Allow Fitness Works to help you understand what the nutritional value of the foods you are consuming; why you crave certain foods; how you can boost your metabolism and why you are not reaching your goals and feel unbalanced.

Whether your goals involve fat loss, gaining lean mass, improving physical performance, or dealing with a specific medical condition, we will provide you with the dietary guidelines your body requires.

There are two programs that we offer. One is called N3 Diet Program and the second is Diet Lookover.

N3 – works for everyone, from discouraged dieters, to competitive athletes. It is based upon your personal healthy food choices utilizing five meals per day, your lean body mass and works in synergy with your exercise plan. Allows you to maintain your muscle, while losing body fat by providing the appropriate balance of protein, carbohydrates and fats for you individual requirements and will not leave you hungry.

It is the perfect combination of the correct foods, in the right portions, and eating at the correct time, in conjunction with your exercise program, which will allow you to finally achieve your health and fitness goals.

Diet Lookover - We will build a detailed assessment of your dietary intake and activity level based on a three to five day diet history. This assessment will be catered especially for the individual and it will include a computer printout and an abundance of suggestions for improving your diet and health. This also includes a breakdown of how many carbohydrates and proteins, and how much fat and water you need to be consuming per day as well as instruction of how to read food labels. The more active you are, the more food/fuel you will need. If you like to eat more food than your body needs, increase your level of activity to match it.

Calorie tip: It takes 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat. When you evenly divide this among 7 days that equates to 500 calories per day that you need to deal with, either by diet or exercise or a combination.
