Active Rehabilitation Programs Our goal is to help restore a person’s ability to be independent once again. Active rehabilitation is the bridge between physiotherapist and going out on your own and training. A strong core musculature is critical for general health and fitness. As fitness leaders we are always looking at new ways to drive this point home.
We specialize in clients who have postural and muscle imbalances and design exercise programs that will correct the imbalances in order to prevent potential problems in the future. We work in coordination with all health professionals involved with the client’s case. Senior Programs
(4) On average, a human looses 10-20% total bone mass by 65 years of age. Men lose bone at a rate of approximately 1% each year after the age of 50. While women lose at a rate of 2-3% each year after menopause, beginning as early as the age of 30. (5) Last, but not least, metabolic changes. Getting into a proper training routine can help with all of the above and more. A quote from my client born in 1915
